Carroll Companies is pleased to provide our customers with a Web-Based Ordering System. You will be given a user account that will include a login code and password that must be used to access the system. Once your account is established, you will be responsible for any misuse of the account.
You must inform Carroll Companies immediately if you believe an unauthorized person is using your account or login code. The account can be deactivated and a new one established.
You must also inform Carroll Companies immediately if an order is entered by mistake. If an order is shipped before we are notified of the mistake, you may request a return authorization but you will be responsible for all shipping, handling and restocking costs associated with the order.
You are responsible for and agree to pay for all orders placed via Carroll Companies’ Web-Based Ordering System. You must inform us when any users in your organization leave your company or are no longer authorized to place orders on the system so that their ID and login code can be deleted.
Please acknowledge your agreement to these provisions. Carroll Companies hopes that our Web-Based Ordering System will prove to be beneficial to both companies and that it will enhance our customer service program.
